** DESCRIPTION **

Please make sure your photos have been numbered so that I can print them in the correct position for you.

45x45cm cushion cover printed with your own photo/image and/or text. Please be aware this does not include the cushion filler.

Fastens with a top zip closure

Personalised item that I can print any photo or text on of your choice. Please only send photos of a good size and resolution so I can print them in good quality. I will use a standard font as in the image unless you request another one that I can get hold of :)

The print area on the cushion is 14inches by 16inches *NEW PRINT SIZE*

The cover is able to be washed at 30 degrees and can be ironed inside out. This item is not able to be tumble dried.


** TIMESCALES **

I’ll do my best to complete orders as soon as possible, however, please allow 1-4 working days for me to create your hand printed made to order item.


** HOW TO ORDER PERSONALISED: **

- Please ensure all Text is correct as I will print exactly as they have appear and with the spelling that has been entered.

- Photos/Images I will print with the photos I have, I will sharpen and make them better if needed and as much as I can but the final print will depend on the quality of the original image sent.

- When checking out, please add any further notes with the order that we might need.

- PLEASE REMEMBER - there is no option to add image directly so please note in the order notes that you wish to add a photo and send direct over Etsy message - if we do not see *photo to be sent* or something similar in the order notes then an order may be sent without the photo.

- With Personalised items I cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the item itself so please make sure your personalisation request is exact.


** DISPATCH & SHIPPING **

UK Orders:

- Your order will take 1-4 days to complete, although I do aim to get them out next day.

- If you need a rush order, please contact me, I may be able to get a quicker shipping with an additional fee

- All items will be packaged correctly to ensure no damage during transport

- Your item will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class

International Orders:

- Your order will take 1-4 days to complete, although I do aim to get them out next day.

- If you need a rush order, please contact me, I may be able to get a quicker shipping with an additional fee, but I will get a quote of this for you.

- Delivery can sometimes take longer than stated depending on your country as it may have to be processed through customs and depends on them timewise for processing and release.
